Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 29, 2022 at 10:00AM at Hesperia Public Works 17282 Mojave St., Hesperia, CA 92345. A prospective bidder who in more than 15 minutes late to the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall not be considered for award. Deadline for Submitting Questions: Inquiries are due no later November 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than December 1, 2022.
