Description:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be accepted by the Contract Administrator, at 2310 North First Street, Suite 200, San Jose, CA, 95131 before 3:00 p.m. on September 1, 2021  for the
 Social Service Agency WiFi Improvements in accordance with the Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Facilities and Fleet Department.

The Work will consist of Social Service Agency WiFi Improvements 

See Exhibit H, Scope of Work/Specifications, for details.
Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier’s check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the bid price.
The check or bond must be made payable to “
The County of Santa Clara. ”

The Contractor must possess  a a
C-7 - Low Voltage Systems Contractor’s License at the time the bid is submitted per Business and Professions Code
§7028.15 .   

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held
August 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. 1867 Senter Rd.
San Jose, CA 95112. Bidders should become thoroughly familiar with the terms and conditions of the Bid Documents and local conditions affecting the performance and costs of the Work before attending this conference.
