If a vendor is selected to move forward in the process, this qualified vendor will install, train, and support City staff in the use and implementation of this software. The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest qualified proposer to provide this software and related services over the course of a proposed five (5) year contract term (with possible language for annual software license renewals), subject to final City negotiation and approval. Upon awarding a contract, the Community & Library Services Department aims to train in fall-to-winter 2022/2023, “go live” for the community to create their accounts in winter 2023, and then tentatively “go live” for spring program registration on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
