SummaryVTA is soliciting proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, and investment-related services for its current 401(a) Defined Contribution Plans and 457 Deferred Compensation Plan (hereinafter “Plan” or “Plans”).
