Description
OHCA is seeking to contract a life safety consultant to complete mandatory Life Safety Code (LSC) surveys (inspections) and complaint investigations of health care facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs to meet the Department of Health’s contractual obligations with U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as part of federal Medicare surveys and certification. The consultant shall also complete the mandatory LSC surveys and complaint investigations of health care facilities that are subject to State Licensure.
