INVITATION TO BID
Mill Road Bridge Replacement
Sealed bids for the replacement of an existing bridge with a precast concrete box culvert along with approach roadway, guide rail, and sewer work will be received online via the PennBid Program (
www.PennBid.net) by Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 18, 2022.
Bid results will be available via PennBid’s website by the close of business on Monday, April 18, 2022.

www.PennBid.net.
NOTE: The Commissioners of Upper Allen Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Upper Allen Township.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247.
The Contract Time for this project is three hundred forty-five (345) calendar days.
Upper Allen Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
