Request for ProposalsCity AdministratorEXECUTIVE RECRUITMENTCity of Port Washington, WIDUE: November 24, 20231:00 PM CSTIntroduction The City of Port Washington is accepting proposals from qualified firms to assist the Common Council in the selection of a new City Administrator. Official proposals must be received by the City no later than 1:00 PM CST on November 24, 2023. Scope of Services The City of Port Washington seeks a firm to recruit, advise on the hiring of, and assist in the hiring of a new City Administrator. The City began the search internally, compiling a candidate pool of seventy-one applicants. This list and the candidates’ submitted materials will be provided to the successful firm for review and additional screening. The City expects the selected firm to present to the Common Council a minimum of 10-15 additional unique candidates, not included in this initial pool. The City expects all recruitment efforts and screening by the selected firm to take place in December 2023 with a tentative finalist interview date scheduled for Friday, January 12, 2024 with the Common Council.
