Above Ground Fuel Storage System

Sealed proposal will be received online only via the PennBid Program by the Lehigh Township Board of Supervisors, Northampton County until 3:00 PM on October 19, 2023, for the furnishing and installation of a new above ground fuel storage system consisting of a 2,000 gallon above ground storage tank system, pumps, and fuel management system. The bids will be electronically opened at 3:05 PM the same day and possibly awarded at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting on October 24, 2023. A 10% bid bond must accompany the bid. Successful bidder must submit a performance bond equal to 100% of the proposed project along with a certificate of insurance naming Lehigh Township as an additional insured.
