PNF COUNCIL RD JANITORIAL RFQ

The purpose of this solicitation is to secure janitorial services for the Council Ranger DistrictOffice in Council, Idaho. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor,supervision, equipment and supplies not listed as Government-furnished items belownecessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. All designated areas mustpresent a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. The work will consist of cleaningfloors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning furnishings/furniture. Total square footage of areasrequiring cleaning is 10,000 square feet. There are five restrooms to clean, four in the mainoffice and one in the warehouse.
