This project requires assistance from an experienced firm to prepare bid document for the cleaning of the wastewater plant anaerobic and aerobic digesters. Perform a complete inspection of the interior and exterior of the digesters. Prepare bid document for repairs to the interior and exterior of the digesters based on the inspection. Perform construction inspection services of the repairs.
