Assess compliance with the Joint Commission’s 2020 Comprehensive Accreditation Manaul for Hospitals (CAMH), observe, assess, and evaluate current health care operations in relationship to meeting organizational goals of quality and patient saftey, identify important organizational and systems issues related to safety, quality of care, treatment and services and interfaces between between those processes, and provide consultative and educational information and summarize during the daily debriefings. Please complete RFQ attached along with providing information from section M, Evaluation Factors of the RFQ. Technical evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform service specifications and price. Also, the Government will make a "Best Value" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price. See Section M of the RFQ and must provide all requested information including pricing for quote to be responsive. This is an all or none award.*Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. See Section C of the RFQ for a detailed description of requirements.**Memo to Vendor: If quoted items are part of a promotion vendor must give the date that the promotion will end.
