OVERVIEW: The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Albany Technical College for the building of New Columns at their Child Development Center located on the Albany Campus in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Albany Campus is located at 1704 South Slappey Blvd, Albany, GA 31701. The project plans are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Albany Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Albany Campus on November 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project.
