This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, FA665622Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 (26 May 2022) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20220428.This solicitation is full and open competition with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial item is 221118 – Other Electric Power Generation. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS:Offerors shall be certified with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).Only offerors certified with PUCO as electricity generation will be
