Language Access Services - VRI Project

The Court is seeking bids for the equipment listed herein. Prices shall be all-inclusive with the exception of sales tax. All prices shall be good for a period of not less than 150 days. Bidders are to download a copy of the Bid Items sheet, complete the pricing and ETA portion only and re-upload/attach it as part of their bid. The Court will also accept bids/quotes on bidders' standard letterhead. The Court intends to issue order(s) using its standard PO. Any such order shall be per the terms and conditions listed in this bid. The Court intends to utilize this bid and its results as a qualification for the selected vendor to fulfill any future orders of these same items through 12/30/2024. The Court shall work with the selected vendor on any such additional order. Selection will not limit the Court's right to solicit and/or procure these items from any other vendor at the Court's sole discretion.
