Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Veterinary ExaminersOn February 23, 2023, the Board of Veterinary Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 68 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern the definition of, and outline the specified criteria necessary to, establish a veterinarian- client-patient relationship.The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on April 5, 2023, and will go into effect on May 5, 2023.
