RFQ AVIA 23-04 Fourth Parallel Runway Program

Description: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT” or “Airport”), which is owned and operated by the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking statement of qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified and experienced firms (individually or collectively, the “Firm”) interested in providing design services for projects in the Fourth Parallel Runway Program (the “Work”). For purposes of this RFQ, there are three (3) projects which are identified as (1) the New Fourth Parallel Runway and associated system of taxiways (New Runway), (2) the North End-Around Taxiway – Phase 2 (NEAT-P2), and (3) the South End-Around Taxiway (SEAT) (collectively the “Runway Projects”). A Firm may submit a SOQ for consideration for any or all of these Runway
