Dredging Services

The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking State of Florida registered Contractors to submit bids for Dredging Services. The City of New Smyrna Beach sustained damage to multiple locations due to Hurricane Nicole. The City of New Smyrna Beach is the recipient of a State Funded Lap Grant Agreement (#D1488) by the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). The City of New Smyrna Beach is awarded a one-time payment of $3,500,000 to be utilized for the Aqua and Pine Island Dredging, Gabordy Canal Improvements, Old Minorcan Pond Improvements, and Cemetery Canal Improvements. Sealed proposals will be received until 5:00 pm, on Monday, April 22, 2024 via the City’s e- Procurement Portal, OpenGov.
