SECTION 2-A NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS SHORT FORM PUBLIC SCHOOL PROJECT (Advertisement) Sealed proposals, in envelopes plainly marked proposal for: ADA Renovations - Biddeford Primary School _________________________________________________________________________ Brief Job Description: The project consists of bathroom renovations. The construction consists of doors, frames, interior partitions, finishes; plumbing, and electrical; and incidental work including selective demolition and replacement of removed concrete floor slabs. Addressed to: Jeremy Ray, Superintendent (NAME) Biddeford School Department (ADDRESS) 18 Maplewood Avenue Biddeford, ME 04005 will be opened and read aloud at Biddeford Superintendent’s Office (Place) at 3:30 pm , on January 12, 2023 . Bids received after 3:30 will (Time) (Date) not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposals must be accompanied by certified or cashiers check for 5% of the proposal, or a satisfactory bid bond in a similar amount. The

owner reserves the right to waive all formalities, and reject any and all proposals, or to accept any proposal. Proposals shall be submitted upon the letterhead of the bidder.
