Objectives: The Alaska Army National Guard contracting office is looking for information on local businesses that can provide Non-commercial Sustaining Announcement (NCSA), and Public Education Partnership (PEP) program through radio and television.NCSA/PEP Program. The Association represents (a) that it has established an NCSA/PEP Program whereby the Association distributes the NCSA/PEP Announcements to all member and non-member commercial radio and television broadcast stations within the State and participating stations voluntarily donate air time and related services to the Association with the intent that the Association may make available such goods and related services to Federal, state and local governmental entities and non-profit entities; (b) that the Association may retain all proceeds from such goods and related services for the Association’s tax-exempt purposes; and (c) that while station participation in its NCSA/PEP Program is voluntary, the Association’s experience

demonstrates that its NCSA/PEP Program generally affords statewide coverage of NCSA/PEP Announcements over radio and television broadcast stations within the State.Local vendors that can provide radio and television Broadcasting service announcements within government agency standard.Identify multiple qualified service providers to allow increased competition.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 813910.
