Track Changes Award Determination: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are significantly more important than Price, and award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Past Performance: The Government will evaluate past performance information to assess the offeror's likelihood of success in performing the requirements stated in the solicitation. Currency and relevance of the information (as determined by the Government), the source of the information, content of the data and general trends in the contractor's performance may be considered.
Price: The

proposed price will be evaluated for whether it is reasonable for the work to be performed, reflects a clear understanding of the requirements, and is consistent with the requirements of the solicitation.
Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for the production of an American Land Title Association/National Society of Professional Surveyors ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of a track of land situated within the County of Solano, California based on the information provided in the Performance Work Statement and attached exhibits. The Contractor shall provide all surveying services, including all personnel, transportation, equipment and materials, necessary to produce the required boundary surveys and legal descriptions. Please review the Performance Work Statement contained in Solicitation W91238-18-R-0022 which shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it from www.fbo.gov on or about 07 December 2017.
