Request for Proposal for Multi-function Devices Project Description :High Prairie School Division (the Division) requests proposals from qualified vendors wishing to enter into a five-year relationship to supply, deliver, install, and service the Division’s fleet of Multi-function devices (MFDs). Multi-function device (MFD) capability will include photocopy with print and network scan. Service and maintenance support will consist of on-site service, analytical support, parts, labour, supplies (excluding paper and staples), machine replacement if necessary and training.
