The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to these requirements is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million.The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain insight into the interest and capabilities of small business firms to perform a firm fixed price construction type contract of this magnitude and to determine if there is adequate competition to compete and successfully perform. The Estimated Cost of Construction is between $1 Million and $5 Million.Interested Offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later February 22, 2019 by 02:00 PM Eastern time.
