"PURPOSE:\n\n1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation isto establish a contract intheform of a purchase order, for supplying the State of New\nHampshire with the iterns indicated in the \u201cOffer\u201d section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this\nbid invitation and any resulting order. This shall be a one-time order with delivery required to the location indicated inthe\nF.O.B. section of this bid invitation.\n\nINSTRUCTIONS TO VENDOR:\n\n2.1. Read the entirebid invitation prior to filling it out. Completethe pricing information in the \u201cOffer\u201d section (detailed\ninformation on how to fill out the pricing information can befound inthe \u201cOffer\u201d section); completethe \u201cV endor Contact\nInformation\u201d section; and finally, fill out, and sign thetransmittal letter.\n\nBID SUBMITTAL:\n\n3.11. All bids shall be submitted on this form, or an &xact copy shall betyped or clearly printed in ink and shall bereceived on or\nbefore the date
and time specified in paragraph 7 of this bid under \u201cBid closing\u201d. Gener\u00e4lly, thefull contents of any proposal (including all materials submitted in connection with it, such as attachments,\n&hibits, addenda, and vendor presentations) become public information upon completion of final contract or purchase order\nnegotiations with the sdected vendor. Certain information conceming proposals, including but not limited to scoring, is\ngenerally availableto the public even beforethistime, in accordance with the provisions of NH RSA 21-G:37.\n\n10.2. Confidential, commercidl, or financial information may be exempt from public disclosure under RSA 91-A:5, IV. Any and\nall information contained in or connected to a bid or proposal that a Bidder considers confidential shall be clearly designated\nin thefollowing manner:\n\n10.3. Successful V endor shall be required to warranty all of the equipment/item awvarded to Vendor for a period of not less than\none (1) year or the manufacturer\u201d\u2019s standard period of time, whichever is greater, fromthe date the items are received,\ninspected and accepted by the State of New Hampshire. The warranty shall cover 100% of all parts, shipping, labor, travd,\nlodging and expenses.\n\nBID PRICES:\n\n14.1. Special\ncharges, surcharges, or fuel charges of any kind (by whatever name) may not be added on at any time. Any and all\ncharges shall be built into your bid price at the time of the bid.\n\n14.2.
