Description:Hardcopy bidding documents, which include one (1) full set of project manuals and one (1) full‐size drawing set, are available for a non‐refundable charge of $80.00 including tax.
Individual drawing sheets can be purchased for a non‐refundable charge of $1.05 including tax.
Individual project manual specification sheets can be purchased for a non‐refundable charge of .10₵ (ten cents) including tax; however, an entire specification section must be purchased.
Downloads (electronic copies) of bid documents are available non‐refundable/including tax as follows:
1. Individual drawing sheets can be purchased for .99₵ (ninety nine cents).
2. The full set of project manual specifications can be purchased for $9.99.

This project includes the renovation of a portion of the 1ST floor of the Charlotte‐Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC) for the Planning & Permit Center. Scope includes but is not limited to demolition, general construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing work, fire suppression and alarm work as necessary to up fit the space for its new use, with General Contractor serving as expediter for the owner supplied Telecom and carpeting work.
