Railroad Administration (FRA), is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify all business concerns that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to create a railroad bridge database for the Office of Safety (RRS). The sources sought notice is open to all business concerns under NAICS Code 541360 - Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services. This Sources Sought is issued to communicate FRA's upcoming requirement to industry.
