Amendment #1: Addition of Kenetrek brand to Price Agreement

This Award Summary is to announce Price Agreement #0513 between the State of Oregon and 911 Supply Incorporated.
The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services section is entering into this Price Agreement for Duty Boots and Tactical Footwear. Authorized Purchasers include all State agencies, members of the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (ORCPP) and members of the Oregon and Washington State Master Contracts User Agreement (MCUA). Authorized Purchasers may purchase Goods directly from the Contractor by visiting the Contractor's storefront location if available, or by placing orders with the Contractor via email or via phone. Pricing for this agreement is a fixed percentage off of the manufacturers printed list price. please see Exhibit A of the attached agreement for more
