Strategic Facilities Plan

Washtenaw County seeks to develop a Strategic Facilities Plan (SFP) which will guide the future decisions of the organization regarding space, land, and facilities for the coming decades. This request for proposal (RFP) is being put forth to identify a partner to undertake this effort for the County, at the direction of and with support of County staff. The SFP developed as a result of this RFP will assist the County in addressing the following organizational goals:
