The item being sought to purchase is: Four (4) each, New, Unused 2024 or later model year factory BMW R 1250 RT-P Police Motorcycles with factory standard and optional equipment. The City of Boise has standardized to BMW Brand Motorcycles, under Sole Source #16-080 and will not entertain or-equal requests for any other brand than BMW. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
