Hunters Branch Streambank Stablization Project

This project consists of improving the culvert outlet at the crossing of Hunters Branch Drive and Marsh Creek to circumvent downstream bank erosion. Improvements consist of using flexamat with anchor tie-backs to stabilize the eroded downstream bank area. Live-stake plants will be used for this area as well to supplement embankment stabilization. A riprap basin is added to the culvert outlet to calm high velocity flows as a countermeasure to control scouring of the stream
