Adopted Regulations of the Alaska Board of Fisheries for the Kodiak Area

The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the Kodiak Finfish Meeting that occurred in Kodiak between January 9 - 12, 2024 The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to 5 AAC for subsistence, sport and commercial fisheries occurring in Kodiak fisheries. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulations on March 22,2024, and they become effective April 21,2024.
