 NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Laser Techniques Company, LLC, 11431 Willow Road NE, Redmond WA 98052. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, size standard 1,000 employees. This purchase order will provide one LP-5000TM Dual-Channel Data Acquisition and Control Unit, one LaserViewer Analysis Software for PC (2017) package, one LaserViewer 3DTM Visualization and Analysis software package, Gun Tube Reporting software module - Smooth Bore, on-site installation, calibration and training and forty hours of technical support in accordance with the attached statement of work.The anticipated award date is 21 March 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A
determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 9 March 2018 at 2:00 PM CST. TSSA requests acquisition of an upgraded main control / data acquisition unit for the current Bore Mapper.
