The project includes the adjustment of an existing buried junction box,

construction of one proposed manhole, installation of one proposed headwall, installation of approximately 42 LF of proposed storm drain, and lining of approximately 226 LF of pipe at 12270 Asbury Park Drive in Roswell, Georgia. The project also includes rip rap energy dissipation at the outfall of the headwall. Please refer to construction plans titled “12270 Asbury Park Drive Drainage Improvement Project” by Columbia Engineering dated May 26, 2023, for more detailed information on the scope. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents and/or on the Designated Website. Bids will be opened live in person at Roswell City Hall, Room 130, 38 Hill Street, at the date and time listed on the project event calendar for Project Closing Date.
