The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking information from the market to obtain recreation management software. The City is interested in a solution that is cloud-based, and that include implementation, training and ongoing maintenance and licensing. BackgroundThe City’s Department of Parks and Recreation is responsible for the administration and programming of all recreation facilities as well as parks, school grounds, beaches and other public properties within the City of Norfolk.
