The City desires to enter into a three-year agreement with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms with a qualified firm experienced in providing municipal advisory services. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, providing financial advice and assistance on City financings, development of financing plans, post-issuance compliance and development of long-term debt strategies. The City provides a full range of municipal services which include police, fire, municipal court, community development, economic development, water, water reclamation and

stormwater operations and construction and maintenance of streets. The City also operates an airport, a cemetery and downtown parking. The City has a Bend Urban Renewal Agency (BURA) with two urban renewal districts.
