Hospitals/Centers shall be license as a private psychiatric hospital in accordance with Chapter 577 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, and with 25 Texas Administrative Code Chapter134, concerning Private Psychiatric Hospital and Crisis Stabilization Units, or a General or Special HOSPITAL in accordance with Chapter 241 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, and with 25 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 133, concerning Hospital Licensing. Additional information will be provided on April 4, 2024. This information will consist of the Statement of Work that will include the admission instructions, continuity of care, discharge requirements, acute and chronic medical condition criteria, and other pertinent information.
