Amendment #0001 revises the date to close solicitation at 1pm EST vice 10am EST Medical Stations and Tents

This synopsis/solicitation is to cover the Presidential State Funerals, Inaugurations, and other events across the National Capital Region (NCR).The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to deliver/recover and set-up/take-down as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. All tents provided under this BPA will be free standing (i.e. erected and supported without stakes). Tents should be white, and if available at no additional cost, red striped roofs or identifying medical marking are preferred for medical tents when requested by the COR or KO. Opaque side walls and a protective flooring are required. Tents will have adequate lighting, power generation, and heating/cooling to sustain these tents operationally for up to 24 hours. Tents will be needed for up to seven (7) days per event.The additional requirements for the tents are contained in the attached Performance Work Statement and shall be met in order to be considered for award of contract. The contract award type for this Blanket Purchase Agreement will be Firm-fixed Price.This is a Full and Open Competition
