The work involves design and construction services for the replacement of structural steel at the elevated walkway and landing of Dorm/Admin/Med/Dental Building 17, repair of the elevated walkway surface and landing surface at the Grafton Job Corps Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of two structural steel beams and one two-story column where the elevated walkway meets Building 17. It also includes resurfacing of the exterior concrete elevated walkway and sandblasting and repainting the elevated walkway supporting steel
