Request for Proposals - Savanna Wastewater Treatment Plan Phase 1 Improvements

The City of Jackson, Mississippi (City) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to complete the design and assist with bidding and construction of the Savanna Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Phase 1 Improvements. The project is intended to restore operational capability and capacity of existing unit processes and systems. The Phase 1 Improvements are being funded with up to $30 million in State Revolving Loan funds. A Phase 2 project is planned in the future to complete an enlargement and upgrade of the entire plant including treatment processes. The Phase 1 improvements are divided into two projects: Savanna WWTP Improvements Phase 1A – Equipment Replacement Savanna WWTP Improvements Phase 1B – Miscellaneous Repairs Phase 1A and Phase 1B will be designed, bid, and constructed as two separate projects.
