Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Traffic Signage Installation and Removal for the Traffic Engineering Division.
Broward County, as a non-federal entity, is required to include the following contract clauses into contracts that may be subject to reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Interested bidders or proposers are instructed to review the requirements of the attachment titled, FEMA Contract Clauses_Jan2017, and by submitting a response to this solicitation is acknowledging and
agreeing to the specified contractual requirements.
Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace.
Basis of Award: This is a group bid. A bidder must bid on
all items
within the group to be considered for award of that group. Bidder to indicate "no charge" for those items that are included at no additional charge.
County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess one of the specified licenses at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements).
Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BidSync by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via BidSync.
Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through BidSync. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact BidSync for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through BidSync by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through BidSync, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact BidSync for technical assistance.
