The Henderson County Public School Board of Education will receive sealed bids for Chromebooks with Licensing and IT Support. NOTICE: THIS IS A FEDERAL FUNDED SOLICITATION This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is a solicitation for the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment requiring the expenditure of Federal Financial Assistant funding. Contracts funded with federal grant or loan funds must be procured in a manner that conforms with all applicable Federal laws, policies, and standards, including those under the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R Part 200). By submission of a bid, Bidder certifies to accept and agree to the Uniform Guidance Contract
