Replace Underground Storage Tanks

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government's expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Thursday, 6 August 2020. The solicitation number will be W15KN20Q5384.
Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Replace Underground Storage Tanks on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division(RD) in Romney, WV . The Government intends to issue a solicitation under the Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The Contractor shall have 120 Calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the SPECIFICATION of Work. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation.
Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools,

materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work, which consists of but is not limited to: removal, decontamination and proper disposal of one (1) 4,000 gallon underground storage tank (UST) and associated piping and ancillary equipment (Training Building); installation of one (1) new 4,000 gallon double wall fiberglass underground storage tank and associated piping and ancillary equipment (Training Building); and removal, disposal and installation of two new (2) tank monitoring/leak detection equipment systems (Training Building and OMS Building).
