ADA-08439 Proposal to Amend a State Airport Land Lease at Bethel Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-08439, Lot 4B, Block 4, consisting of approximately 75,908.26 square feet, at Bethel Airport. Applicant: Alaska Airlines, Inc. Authorized uses: Concession sales to include food, non-alcoholic beverages, goods and merchandise are added to the current use of Operations and Maintenance of a Passenger Terminal, etc.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 23, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
