The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to perform custodial equipment repair services at schools and office buildings on an as-needed basis. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with four (4) additional one-year options to renew. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards.
