The project can generally be described:Interior renovation of an existing active passenger terminal with the removal of 750’ of demising wall, associated security doors, and fixtures. Renovation includes flooring replacement, ceiling tile and grid replacements, modification to fire sprinkler head placement and HVAC diffuser placements. Relocation of gate podium locations with associated low voltage, electrical, and fixtures.The time of completion for the Base Bid work is anticipated to be 135 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion.
