Elevator Maintenance and Repair-Capitol Complex

The intent of the Elevator Maintenance and Repair RFP is to identify a Contractor to assume all responsibility associated with the elevator equipment and associated parts on the Capitol Complex (see Exhibit A for elevator list). The work to be performed by the Contractor under the specifications shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide full service maintenance, and repairs of every description, including inspections, adjustments, test and replacement of parts as specified herein for all equipment covered under this RFP.
