ITB 3717 - Pioneer Park Tennis Court Asphalt Overlay (Reissue)

The City of Lynnwood is soliciting informal bids to repair, overlay, and resurface two (2) full-size asphalt tennis courts within Pioneer Park located at 18400 36th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98037. BackgroundThe project includes but is not limited to the following: asphalt repair of approximately 940 linear feet of existing cracks, providing and placing one or more layers to reach a minimum 2” asphalt overlay of two (2) existing tennis courts; finish condition of the asphalt overlay must ensure a smooth surface void of bird baths and sloped to meet tennis court standards, removal of existing net posts, center strap and footings, reinstallation of new net posts, center strap and footings, Application of acrylic court re-surfacer, application of new color coating surface, painting lines in accordance with full-size tennis standards. Removal and reinstallation of approximately twenty (20) fence posts for access to the courts and to repair uplifting. Two court areas will require root removal.
