USPSC Labor Advisor (SYNOPSIS)

USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) for the position of Labor Advisor, GS-14 Grade Equivalent, for USAID’s Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Bureau.The Labor Advisor will be a subject matter expert on worker empowerment, labor rights, and advancing international labor standards globally across multiple sectors. The Labor Advisor will demonstrate a keen sense of discernment and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast moving environment. The incumbent will demonstrate a track record of navigating challenges with a strategic and thoughtful approach and is expected to take initiative and show innovation and resourcefulness in recommending new or improved approaches.The solicitation will be published on System for Award Management (SAM).
