Joint Air Defense System Integrator (JADSI) Field Engineering Support

This is a pre-solicitation notice only.  Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) is seeking industry sources for an FY 2020 requirement for Field Services Engineering (FSE) support of Joint Air Defense System Integrators (JADSI). JADSI is a command and control system which serves as a real-time bridge between tactical data links, radar, and intelligence data. The contemplated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541512 with a corresponding small business size standard of $30M. U.S. Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) requires the contractor to provide 24-hour per day, seven (7)-days per week (24/7) availability of field engineering support of the JADSI system at the Combined Air Operations Center in Al Udeid, Qatar, and Air and Space Operations Center in Shaw AFB, SC. Contractor personnel shall provide the technical acumen to function as independent JADSI and multi-TADIL expert conducting day-to-day

routine and emergent tasks as prioritized by mission requirements.Procurement history for this requirement suggests there is only one responsible source and no other sources of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
