The building will be steel-framed single story with approximately 5,800 sq.ft. of space. The interior of the building will consist of two dance studios, restrooms, an office, and an entrance lobby. All proposals must be received at the Economic Development Department located at 337 Locust Street Santa Cruz, CA in sealed envelopes plainly endorsed: Tannery Dance and Performance Building Architectural Services Submitted by:____________.
