U--NVGAG Volunteer Management System (VA-19-00093068)

Added:Sep 06, 2019 12:59 pm The Contractor shall create and implement an online volunteer management system designed to recruit, track, engage, and retain volunteers for individuals volunteering at the NVGAG to be held in various locations throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. The contractor shall provide adequate equipment to include secure online server and adequate personnel to perform the duties outlined in this statement for the registration period of a minimum of 2 months prior to registration January 1, 2020 the setup of the platform shall occur in the base year only. Option periods, if exercised, will be for maintenance purposes only. There are no expected changes for the platform in the option periods. This work will be done in collaboration with the Office of National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events (NVSP&SE) staff the Director of NVGAG. The Contractor shall provide an external website and internal database that will allow individuals to register as a volunteer via internet and smart phone for its annual multi-event sports competition. Registration numbers range from 1,000 to 1,500 each
